If you’re looking to return or exchange your items for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges for online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, an exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.
In Store Purchase Returns
For in store purchases we do not accept returns or exchanges except for noted appliances and electronics. This type of return must be completed no later than 7 days after initial purchase date for a refund.
Online Purchase Returns
To return and item or multiple items you will have to cover the cost of shipping, unless Inkind Thrift was responsible for an item issue such as the wrong item was shipped, or a blatant mistake was made in the grading and/or description of the item. If you feel this is the case, please contact us to discuss the item and next step return options.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have original Inkind Thrift price tags still attached to the item.
- Item’s must be returned in its original packaging, with original receipt.
- Returned items must not have any visible signs of wear or use, if they do a partial refund will be offered in exchange for a full refund.
- Any item that is new and in its original packaging that is removed from the original packaging will qualify for a refund of 75% of its purchase price.
- Lost or damage returns will not receive a refund, if there is any concern return shipping insurance should be purchased to cover the value of the item and for your protection.
- All refunds will be issued once an item is received and graded by Inkind Thrift, this will not take more than 5 business days once an item is received.
